The Operating System
Time Solutions builds the operating system a company runs on: finance, sales, operations and people, held together by one company brain that remembers everything.
Modules arrive one at a time, each owning real work end to end, so the company compounds capability instead of collecting more tools for someone to manage.
Assess. Build. Evolve.
A digital company is not bought, it is built, in order, at a pace the business can absorb. You decide how far to build. We keep building it with you.
Digital Company Assessment. We map how the business actually runs, not how the org chart says it does.
- Where the days go, and what those hours cost you in a year.
- Where margin leaks: between systems, between people, between handovers.
- Where capacity is capped, and what the company cannot take on because of it.
- Which processes should become digital, and in which order.
- Which digital employees to build first, and the return each one carries.
- A roadmap: sequenced, costed, and yours whether or not we build it.
Two weeks. A plan, not a pitch.
Digital Foundation. The first layer of your digital company, built around one process that matters.
- The company brain: your knowledge, your context, your rules, given a system.
- Your first digital employees, owning one process end to end.
- The integrations that process actually depends on. No more.
- Autonomous execution inside limits you set, escalating what it cannot decide.
- A command center, so you can see what ran and why.
- Handover: your people work with it before we call it finished.
Typically live in six weeks. One module in production beats seven half-built.
Digital Workforce. From one digital employee to a workforce, department by department.
- Sales: leads answered, qualified and handed over with the context intact.
- Finance: invoices raised, chased and reconciled; the cash position current.
- Operations: orders, planning and suppliers held in one thread.
- Marketing, HR, support and procurement, added when each earns its place.
- Every new role reads from the same brain, so nothing is learned twice.
- Capacity that grows without a hiring round behind it.
The question stops being what can be automated. It becomes how much capacity you want.
Digital Enterprise. The whole organisation running on one digital operating system.
- Every department connected, so what sales learns on Monday, finance knows on Tuesday.
- Cross-department intelligence: the company reading itself, continuously.
- Governance and security built in as modules, not bolted on afterwards.
- A command center where leadership sees the whole company at once.
- Execution that no longer waits for the next meeting to start.
- All of it inside your company, under your rules, owned by you.
This is an organisational change, not a larger licence.
Operating Partnership
Not support, and not a level you choose instead of the others. It is the layer that runs across all of them. We do not build your digital company and walk away: new digital employees as the work changes, new capabilities and integrations, performance reviewed against real output, monitoring, governance and security kept current, and a roadmap rewritten as the business moves. A company that stops evolving its digital infrastructure starts losing to one that did not.
Our thesis
Time is the only asset a company can never make more of. Everything we build is an argument about how it should be spent.
AI stops being a product a company buys and becomes infrastructure it runs on, the way electricity and the ledger did before it.
Automation stops being a project with a start and an end. It becomes the default state of any process nobody enjoys doing.
Digital employees become ordinary. A role with a name, a remit and a record of its decisions, sitting in the org chart beside the human ones.
Companies run on hybrid teams. People hold judgment, relationships and ownership. Digital employees hold the execution underneath them.
The advantage moves. Everyone will have access to the same models; almost nobody will have built a company that knows how to use them.
So the next generation of companies will not simply own better software. They will run a digital company alongside the human one.
We believe the next great companies will be built twice: once in the physical world, and once in the digital one. We build the second.

Founder · Time Solutions
Time Solutions exists because of one conviction: this technology returns nothing until someone understands the business first. So every engagement starts with how your company actually runs, not with what could be built. You talk to the founder, not to an account manager, and he stays on the work from the first conversation to the handover.
Small on purpose. This work is judgment-heavy, and judgment does not scale by headcount.
Frequently asked questions
Seven modules, one company
Each module is a department staffed by digital employees. They share one company brain, so what sales learns on Monday, finance knows on Tuesday. Start with one. Add the rest when it earns its place.
Time Finance
Invoices raised, chased and reconciled. Cash position current to the hour, not to the month.
Time Sales
Every lead answered in minutes, qualified against your own criteria, and handed over with the context intact.
Time Operations
Orders, planning and suppliers held in one thread, with exceptions escalated before they become fires.
Time HR
Onboarding, contracts, absence and payroll prep carried end to end, so people work starts on day one.
Time Marketing
Campaigns briefed, produced and measured against pipeline rather than impressions.
Time Legal
Contracts read, risks flagged and standard agreements drafted against your own playbook.
Time Intelligence
The company brain itself: memory, knowledge and governance that every other module reads from.
Careers: one opening
Digital Employee Engineer. Applied Computer Science, AI.
One opening, and it is not a graduate scheme. It is for a student or recent graduate in Toegepaste Informatica with an AI specialisation who would rather be judged on a shipped result than on a CV, and who is willing to prove that on a first project before any contract exists.
-
Prove it on real work
You take one project alongside us, unpaid, under a written agreement that fixes the scope, the deliverable and the end date before you start. As a school internship if your programme allows it.
-
Build something that runs
A digital employee that goes into production and carries real work for a real company. Not a demo, not a proof of concept that dies in a folder.
-
Then we talk about a contract
If the result holds, we make you an offer. No obligation on either side until it does. What we are buying is evidence, and that is the only thing we ask you to bring.
What we look for: ownership over instruction, honesty about what you do not yet know, and the habit of finishing. Send what you have built, a repository, a project, anything that runs, to mdc@timesolutions.be.
